The Promise Paw – Return Policy

At The Promise Paw, every purchase helps support shelter dogs and cats. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- The reason for your return
Receive Your Return Label
Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label.
Print & Pack
- Print the provided shipping label
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original condition
- Attach the label and ship the package back to us
Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your return is in transit.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Items received within 30 days: Full refund to the original payment method.
Items received within 31–60 days: Full refund issued as store merchandise credit.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
